1. The product that you have received is not what you ordered.

2. There is a genuine manufacturing defect in the product (should be communicated within 12 hours of delivery).

The Product will be shipped in 3-4 days considering the stock availability and reached in 7 days. However, currently due to the COVID restrictions across the country orders could take up to 12 days to get delivered as it differs from state to state based on limitations.
