Shipping Policy

Hello there, as soon as your order is placed, it'll be shipped in 3-4 days considering the stock availability and reached in 7 days. However, currently due to the COVID restrictions across the country orders could take up to 12 days to get delivered as it differs from state to state based on limitations.

As soon as the order is placed, our team will start working on printing and executing. You'll get a tracking link in less than 4 days of placing the order through your mail and the same will be updated in my orders' section.

Return/Cancellation/Exchange Policy

Currently, we're not accepting cancellations on the orders which are shipped. If you want to cancel your order within a day of placing it, please write to penguinperfectstore@gmail.com, and our team will get back to you.

Products once sold will not be returned/refunded/exchanged except in the following cases:-

1. The product that you have received is not what you ordered.

2. There is a genuine manufacturing defect in the product (should be communicated within 12 hours of delivery).

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.

Before accepting delivery of any of our products, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels, etc.)
